With techies tinkering behind the scenes and a new Internet provider in place, we're pleased to update you on the roll out of our new WiFi solution at the park.
With the faster speeds we have negotiated, we are able to remove the device limit for all owners as well as remove the need for unnecessary logins for those with Annual Packages.

Any Annual Package that were still active when the last Fire Break was announced by the Welsh Government have been paused. We have added the number of days the park has been closed by law to the period of time you have left. This will restart on 12th April 2021 but if you visit the park before you will still have WiFi access.
If you already have an Access Point (Router) installed in your holiday home this does not have to be upgraded. The Public Access Points have been turned off as they were outdated and slowing the Internet down for other users.
If you don't have an Access Point installed we can arrange for this to be professionally installed for just £99.

The costs are:
- £99 Installation & Access Point.
- £60 per year for Maintenance and is billed with your site fees.
Once your installation has been scheduled, our team will professionally install your Access Point, connect you to the network and then the Office will be in touch to give you the access code.
Annual Package is just £199 per year.
You can connect unlimited devices and will not have to keep logging in once you have paid for your package and connected your devices. Should friends, family or guests visit your holiday home they can benefit from your WiFi by connecting to your WiFi Access Point using your Annual Package Code.
Yes. We now offer Pay-As-You-Go Plans. Prices are shown below and offer unlimited devices so all the family can have access to the Internet.
Our Maintenance Charge is paid annually for all owners that have an Access Point installed. This covers the cabling to your holiday home, your connection, dedicated support line and should your router ever fail it will be replaced free of charge.
We now have a Dedicated Support Telephone Team who you can contact by calling 0161 6975 644. Should you have any issues connecting your device they will be able to help. Please note that they are unable to offer IT Support and this number should only be used if your device has issues connecting to our WiFi.
The most cost effective package is our Annual Pass.
However, you can opt for the "Pay-As-You-Go" (PAYG) service. You will still require an Internal Access Point to be installed in your holiday home and pay for the annual maintenance charge. Other than the "1 Day Per Device" Package at £3.00, all other packages offer Unlimited Devices so the entire family can enjoy ultra fast Internet in your holiday home.
